Commercial Terms & Conditions

All commercial clients are expected to adhere to conditions of entry when visiting any WA Solar Recycling site.

• Parties disposing of items must be the owner of the item, or have the owners permission to dispose of the items.
• All items deposited become the property of WA Solar Recycling.
• Unauthorised removal of any item is strictly prohibited.
• Illegal dumping will not be tolerated onsite and appropriate authorities will be notified.
• All WA Solar Recycling staff decisions are final, we will not enter into discussion or negotiation and staff are under no obligation to provide evidence of our decisions or the assessment process.

Commercial clients are expected to follow our freight process.

Any drop off exceeding 40 panels and ALL courier deliveries must be booked in using our booking portal. If you’re using your own courier you MUST include the booking number provided by us on the freight or it will be rejected at the depot. PAYMENT OF FEES

• If invoices for disposal fees are not paid, WA Solar Recycling reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts and engage debt collection services at the cost of the defaulting party.
